Downtown Grocery Market: Your Friendly Neighborhood Market in San Francisco

Came here to pick up some staples while at a conference. Wide selection of important items, even some food allergy friendly, and vegan options. Thry have food, bread, toiletries, gallons of water, etc. I got everything I needed for the week at one place which is huge. The staff was super helpful and really friendly.

If you’re looking for something special and They don’t have it and you have time they will order it for you. They are very nice people and with the cheapest prices in town. Thank you for being in my community.

This is the BEST convenience store in the city . Especially in the TL. They have everything ! Except alcohol or torches ! And I think that’s such a great idea . It keeps the users away! Making it a pleasant experience . They’re ALWAYS fully stocked with tech supplies , ice cream , candy, snacks, drinks, slushies , even some produce and groceries for a healthier option ! The staff is amazing. They’re always full of energy and are genuinely happy to see us when we stop in! They’ve made it a point to remember who we are ! This is one if those places that will give you energy or will uplift your mood ! My colleagues and I are always excited to shop for our snacks there !

I love Downtown Grocery Market. They have the most awesome people running that store, that I have ever met. Not like most of these ”corner” stores down here in the TL who rush you out of the store telling you ”there is no shopping here”. They are kind, honest, welcoming, friendly, and just a joy to be around. They are so great that I even had the owner run down the street to get me bc I had dropped money out of my pocket without even knowing. Definitely not something you see anywhere around here. They also have the best selection of food, candy, drinks, and an awesome selection of hoodies and accessories for phones. They even deliver. I'm so glad they are my go to store and that Mo is finally back with us. I definitely missed his kind attitude and awesome customer service while he was back home. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for anything besides alcohol and cigarettes. Because they have it all, and all at a great price. Thank you Downtown Grocery Market!

Look here Downtown Grocery is by far the best convenient store in the tenderloin they have always been respectful to me and my little dog and they will work with you like if you cant find the product you require just tell them and they will most likely order it for, i'm just really impressed with how much they actually care about there customers like i said D.T.G. is the very best store in the TL

This store is amazing!!! I love this store!!!!!! I come here all the time for all my groceries including my Ice Cream. Good positive energy all the time, super nice and friendly. They have amazing prices as well, way cheaper than all the other stores around that charges you more. Trust they do not disappoint. Whatever you want they got, and if not they will get it and sell to you for reasonable prices way cheaper than other stores around the community!!

This the best market in the TL not only do they have a lovely clean store they are do kind to everyone, my favorite thing about this particular market is that you can get the most gorgeous hijab scarfs I have been buy them for years and they never disappoint. Thank you to everyone who had worked in this awesome store. So proud to have you in my neighbors. Look forward to many, many more years of shopping.
